Great workmanship

“Our air conditioner went out. We called Global Services. The young man showed up the same day, and on time.

He not only put in a new motor in, but also checked our thermostat, and water heater. He did not charge extra, and did a very good job. We do not own our house. He was nice enough to call the landlord, and explain everything he did and why. This was something he did not have to do. He went beyond our expectations.

Jason, the Technician, was prompt and friendly. He diagnosed the issue immediately, went right to work and fixed our boiler. He was great! Not only did he identify the issue quickly, he explained how the boiler worked and what the misfunctioning part did in relation to the water heater and the rest of the unit. I really appreciate that not only was he quick and accurate with his diagnosis, he took the time to explain and educate me on the operation of the system.

First let it be stated that I normally do not write letters to companies. However, the service received in the past two days have prompted me to do just that.

I am so impressed and completely satisfied with you and your staff that I had to express my gratitude. Too many times, all a company hears are the complaints and negative comments; I just wanted to give you some positive feedback. Your salesmen came into our home for an inspection/consultation yesterday morning. In roughly an hour, they had inspected, calculated, and explained the whole process to me. In addition, they secured the financing and scheduled the appointment for the next day!!! All of this was done in a friendly, non-aggressive manner. I never felt pressured or rushed. As promised, your installers arrived promptly at my house this morning. Upon politely introducing themselves and asking a few questions, they began the process. I was never disturbed or disrupted, even though they had indicated that there might be occasional noise. Although they said the job might take 1-1/2 days, they were completed by 4 p.m. this afternoon. Not only did they finish the job, the completely cleaned everything – they left the area immaculate. They thoroughly went over what had been done, showed me how to operate the thermostat, and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or that they were in a hurry to leave – I truly felt that their intent was to make certain I understood everything with the new unit.

I could go on and on, but let me finish by saying I can’t think of a company I have worked with that has given such outstanding customer service. The whole process from beginning to end took less than 48 hours, and the people involved were exceptionally kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.
